Bars, Shadows

The world around us takes form by the interplay of light and darkness. When a bright light shines upon an object, it casts a silhouette. Still/However/Yet, there are ways/methods/strategies to rebuild/reintegrate/reconstruct your life and find/discover/locate peace/tranquility/contentment in the world beyond/past/outside the wire.

Echoes in the Cell Block

The steel walls held the sounds of a hundred lives lived. Each jangle of a chain, every deep footstep on the concrete floor, told a story. Stories of guilt, of anger, all blending in a symphony of suffering. Even in the quietude, one could hear the presence of their past.
